  1. Prepare a medium-high (400 to 475°F) charcoal or gas grill fire.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the syrup, mustard, rosemary, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Set aside half of the sauce. Thread the salmon onto 10- to 12-inch metal skewers and brush the remaining sauce on the salmon. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Oil the grill grate and grill the salmon, flipping once, until just cooked through, 4 to 8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon. Drizzle with the sauce and serve.
