Cod Fish Tacos
These fish tacos are easy for even the most novice of cooking aficionados. They’re easily personalized and they make a quick and easy meal for the whole family.
taco seasoning mix
cod or white fish fillet
cut into 4, 1 inch pieces
12 count package or flour tortillas
based on your desires
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro, and 2 tablespoons of the seasoning mix in a small bowl.
Combine fish, vegetable oil, lemon juice, and remaining seasoning mix in a medium-sized bowl. Pour this mixture into a large skillet.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until cod flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Fill taco shells or tortillas with fish mixture.
Add the desired toppings.
