Tony Lombardi, the eldest of 4 children of Tony Sr. and Angie Lombardi was born and grew up in the port city of Tampa, Florida. As a boy, many times he accompanied his father and uncle to the fishing docks, and watched as they negotiated with the fisherman, crabbers, shrimpers and oystermen. He also accompanied his father as he would travel the state of Florida selling the seafood he had just purchased from the boats. On weekends, Tony would also help his parents at the retail store and he truly got to see the seafood business from the ground up. After he graduated from the University of South Florida and served a term in the military, his only ambition was to help his father grow the business he had just started in Winter Park.
Tony has been happily married to his wife Terri Lombardi for 42 years now. Tony is a very proud father to Denise, Maria & Mike as well as a proud grandfather to 6 adorable grandchildren.
Tony couldn’t be happier and more proud to have the family business continue into it’s third generation.
In his free time, Tony loves to fish, play tennis, boating, and he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Born in Baltimore, Md. Terri is one of five children. Terri graduated from Bishop Moore High School in Orlando, Florida and then went on to graduate from the University of Central Florida in 1985 with a degree in psychology. During her attendance at Bishop Moore & UCF, Terri worked part time at Lombardi’s Seafood in Winter Park with her future husband, Tony Lombardi, Jr..
Terri then stayed home to raise their eventual 3 children (Michael, Denise, and Maria). She re-entered the business in 1988 at their facility in south Orlando. In 2006, Terri and her husband Tony and daughter Denise purchased the retail division of the family business.
Terri enjoys a close family relationship with her children and six grandchildren. Coming from a strong, caring family has greatly influenced her passion and commitment to her own family and extended family.
Terri loves reading, playing tennis, boating and enjoying family and friends. Terri loves to laugh and celebrate life each and every day.
Mike was born in Orlando, Florida and attended and graduated from Bishop Moore High School in 1991. During his 4 years at Bishop Moore, Mike got involved in the family business and helped out at Lombardis whenever he could. After Bishop Moore, Mike ventured on to The University Of Florida where he obtained a dual degree in Insurance & Finance.
After his hard work at UF, Mike returned home to help out with the family business. For 6 years, Mike assisted with the family business, married Toby Lombardi and began his family.
In 2002, Mike left the family business to begin a career in Pharmaceuticals. After a rewarding 12 years at GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, Mike and the family relocated back to Central Florida and returned to Lombardis in August, 2013.
Mike’s involvement in the family business has grown exponentially and he led the effort to design, build and open the new location that includes an upscale market and cafe. Mike will continue the Lombardi’s tradition by offering Central Florida locals with the high quality, fresh seafood. Mike is working with his sister Denise to take Lombardi’s into the next phase by offering a new customer experience that will leave everyone with a lasting impression.
