Event: Don’t Fear the Fish, Make the Dish!

Main Idea: Interactive cooking demonstration showing participants how to break down a whole fish and use it to make an easy, but super delicious meal. Lombardi’s Chef Chris and Chef Bob (rockssticksandhell.com) will be teaching the class how to work with fish, and take the fear out of preparing fish dishes.

Menu: Shrimp Cocktail & Oysters on the half shell, fish stock preparation and uses, Red Snapper entree with hasselback potatoes and fresh vegetables, and the grand finale – Lombardi’s Signature Key Lime Pie.
