Tony Lombardi, Sr. started his seafood career as a deckhand on the Tampa shrimping fleet in the early 1950s. After learning the shrimp business, he then landed a job with a local seafood wholesaler. A few years later, he and his brothers opened a wholesale/retail seafood market in Tampa.
